About the event
Hosted by Prof. Anikó Hannák & Prof. Florent Thouvenin, UZH-DSI
Organized by PD Dr. Markus Christen, UZH-DSI
Embracing AI responsibly presents exciting opportunities alongside important considerations that warrant thoughtful attention. Among these considerations are methods to mitigate bias in data, promote fairness and inclusivity in AI algorithms, enhance transparency, comprehensibility and accountability of AI systems, and ensure their safety and security against potential risks.
In our track on “responsible AI” we will approach the issue from three different perspectives – computer science, digital ethics and law. After short input talks, we will explore ethical, legal, and technical dimensions underlying these challenges in interactive workshop sessions, group work and plenary discussions.
